One old URL, one intentional outcome
Paste one source and destination per line, separated by a comma or a tab. Use root-relative paths. The checker examines the map you supply; it does not crawl URLs or verify HTTP responses. A clean map still needs a deployed check of status codes, destination content and internal links.
From a worksheet to a decision
Use the result with the people responsible for the project. Keep assumptions separate from verified facts, assign the next action and revise the document when the scope changes. The contents of these tools stay in your browser unless you choose to include them in a project inquiry.
