Start with the pages people already use
Paste paths or full public URLs, one per line. Duplicate entries are collapsed. Download a CSV with columns for destination, action, content owner and acceptance notes. Include articles, translated pages, campaign destinations and forms, then reconcile the list with analytics and your CMS. Query strings are kept because they may identify distinct routes.
From a worksheet to a decision
Use the result with the people responsible for the project. Keep assumptions separate from verified facts, assign the next action and revise the document when the scope changes. The contents of these tools stay in your browser unless you choose to include them in a project inquiry.
