Planning for the United Kingdom
For a UK-facing service business, the project brief should distinguish a national audience from a genuinely local offer. Compare a product studio with a marketing-oriented agency based on what you need after launch: ongoing product work or campaign and content support.
Include UK English copy review and the team’s working hours in the scope. If you are replacing an established site, ask for a page-by-page migration map before approving the new navigation.

A consistent brief makes differences meaningful. Request a written proposal against the same content inventory and acceptance criteria.

- What does the fee include, and what adds cost?
- How will mobile behavior, accessibility and inquiry delivery be checked?

Shortlist the teams whose recent work matches the required outcome. Review a live project, discuss a representative page from your own brief and compare the resulting scope. A strong visual portfolio is useful evidence, but it does not replace checking fit, responsibilities and the actual proposal.
