Which agency is the best choice?
The best fit depends on your scope. Compare a relevant live project, the proposed deliverables, the people doing the work and the acceptance criteria. The entries above describe publicly offered services; they do not establish a universal winner.
Can I work with a remote studio?
Yes, when review times, content ownership and handoff responsibilities are clear. If you need local filming, on-site research or in-person workshops, include those activities explicitly and confirm who will deliver them.
Does a website quote include SEO?
Only when the proposal says so. Separate crawlability and metadata from keyword research, content creation, migration work and ongoing analysis. Ask who implements each item.

Start with the job the website must do
A professional-services firm may need separate pages for each practice, credible project evidence and an inquiry that reaches the right person. A school may need course and teacher discovery. A software team may need onboarding and authenticated product states. Put those journeys in the brief before comparing visual styles.
Bogotá delivery: meetings, content and inquiry routing
If in-person sessions, local photography or filming matter, request their location, travel cost and deliverables explicitly. A Bogotá address does not establish that those activities are included. For remote work, assign one decision maker, agree on Bogotá-time reviews and test the complete Spanish inquiry on a phone.
Compare a representative page before the total price
Ask each team how it would deliver the same difficult page: an editable services page, a course directory or a pricing page with an integration. Request separate costs for content, design, implementation, migration, ongoing software and support. A low initial fee can leave important launch work outside the proposal.
